Do you offer shipping in Australia?

Yes, we offer FREE standard shipping Australia-Wide on ANY ORDER.

Do you offer shipping overseas?

Yes, we offer Standard International Shipping

at $15 AUD. Please note, this does not include any import taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to pay any taxes that you may receive before you can obtain your order.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Generally, our Australian standard shipping can take anywhere between 2-7 business days.

International Shipping timeframes can take anywhere between 14-30 business days.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, once your order has been despatched, you will be provided with a tracking number.

Can I make a return?

Yes, we offer free returns for our Australian customers if the items meet the following criteria: FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Returns are to be paid by you.

• Items are unworn, unwashed , undamaged and in resalable condition

• Free of pet fur, glitter and fragrance

• In the original packaging with tags

• Appropriately packaged for transit

• Return label clearly displayed on parcel

If the item does not meet the criteria of our Return Conditions, it will not be accepted upon return.

Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns.

If the item meets the criteria upon assessment, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our premises
