How can I contact Customer Support?

Can I make a return?

Yes, we offer free returns if the items meet the following criteria:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed , undamaged and in resalable condition

  • In the original packaging with tags

  • Appropriately packaged for transit

  • Return label clearly displayed on parcel

If the item does not meet the criteria of our Return Conditions, it will not be accepted upon return.

Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns.

If the item meets the criteria upon assessment, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our premises

Can I make a return on SALE items?

Items that are marked down 50% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges, these products are final.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

  • must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags attached.

  • must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.

  • must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

  • Please ensure your return is packaged sufficiently to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.

All returns have a 14 day period to process a return once you receive the item.

REFUNDS:

We do not provide monetary refunds on change of mind or size returns, unless a product is deemed faulty and a genuine manufacturer fault as approved by our Team. However, you have 30 DAYS to report a possible manufacturer fault. After this time, we are not liable.

Please email our Team at sorraathleisure@gmail.com with photos of the faulty item(s). We will then be able to assess the item and provide you with some options as compensation.
